Role Description
The Assoc. Director, Solution Sales, Patient Access Support Services sits in the Patient Access and Support Services (PASS) Center of Excellence. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong consultative selling skills.

Identify existing and new client business challenges and strategically align IQVIA PSS solutions to address access, affordability, adherence, and awareness barriers.

Responsible for consultative sales approach aligned with client accounts to drive business growth across the PASS enterprise.

Mix strategic and transactional relationships with a wide variety of clients.

Adapt different strategies for different audiences, from business development with new clients to developing solutions with established customers.

Identify opportunities for integrated sales across different account types including MedTech, Large Pharma, EBP, and small/mid-size pharma.

Understand patient services such as Copay (Affordability), HUB (Access), in-home clinical solutions, nurse educators (Adherence), Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM), and Health Information Tech. (HIT) (Awareness).

Work collaboratively across delivery, solutions, product, and multi-disciplinary teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Drive relationships and develop or grow new opportunities across accounts.

Generate new and repeat business within accounts.

Network across companies and into new companies for new accounts.

Responsible for cold calling and customer development.
Qualifications

Must reside in the same country where the job is located.

US Remote/home based with approximately 30% travel to clients and conferences.

Bachelorβs degree required.

7+ years relevant sales and industry experience with 3+ years of selling patient services, including but not limited to access, affordability, and adherence solutions.

Skills to strategize around winning as well as developing new opportunities.

Networking, motivation, solid work ethic, self-discipline.

MS Office suite required and Salesforce highly preferred.

Benefits

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $89,900.00 - $250,400.00.

Actual base pay offered may vary based on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
