Role Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within dedicated territory: South-West Poland. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to generate orders, manage sales channels, and provide comprehensive training to partners and customers, contributing to our mission of advancing automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Manage and maximize sales within an assigned geographic territory.
• Order Generation: Drive order generation through proactive sales activities.
• Channel Management: Develop and manage sales channels for industrial vacuum products.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits and identify business opportunities.
• Sales Documentation: Maintain sales activity records using CRM.
• Distributor Reviews: Perform regular reviews with distributors and representatives.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for automation product lines.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for partners and customers.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to achieve sales quotas.
• Event Participation: Participate in company events and trade shows.
• Sales Analysis: Analyze and report on regional sales results.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Knowledge in our industry markets
• Diploma in Sales techniques is a plus
