-
Lead and develop. Coach, manage, and support your sales and clinical team, with clear expectations, regular field time, and accountability for results.
-
Engage EPs. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPs, EP lab staff, hospital administrators, and key opinion leaders, and be a trusted presence in the lab.
-
Drive clinical adoption. Make sure sites are trained, supported, and successful with the Globe System, working closely with your Field Clinical Specialists on case coverage and procedural support.
-
Know your market. Track competitor activity and market trends in your area and use them to adjust how the team competes.
-
Forecast and report. Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
