[Hiring] Appointment Setter @Scale Army Careers

Role Description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is a real estate investment company focused on helping accredited investors access real estate investment opportunities. The company has an established marketing ecosystem and a large CRM database of prospects who have previously engaged with its lead magnets, funnels, and marketing campaigns.

The Appointment Setter will engage new and existing prospects, converting interest into booked appointments for the sales team. The role primarily focuses on warm opportunities, including new inbound leads and prospects within the company's existing CRM database.

The ideal candidate is proactive, persistent, and highly responsive, with experience converting warm leads and managing consistent follow-up. Speed-to-lead is critical, with new inbound leads expected to be contacted within five minutes whenever possible. The role will also support LinkedIn outbound prospecting when inbound and database activity allows.

  • Maintain clear visibility into prospect status and appointment activity.
• Supplemental Outbound Prospecting
  • Conduct LinkedIn prospecting when inbound and existing database activity allows.
