Role Description

As an Appointment Booker specialising in warm leads (no cold calling), you will play a pivotal role in managing inbound calls, conducting scheduled appointments, and engaging with prospects to secure final presentation calls. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with pre-qualified leads in a supportive and remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from respondents who have opted into the campaign
• Conduct scheduled appointments already booked into your diary
• Deliver short presentations to book prospects into final presentation calls
• Engage in warm outbound calling on the opted-in database (no cold calling)
• Follow up promptly with prospects who missed or rescheduled appointments
• Maintain accurate updates in the diary and database after every call
• Achieve daily call activity and weekly booking targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound telemarketing
• Background in B2C sales or phone-based roles
• Highly motivated by targets and commission, bringing energy to every call
• Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and follows established processes
• Reliable, self-managed, and able to work consistently during early-morning shifts
• Clear, confident phone manner with strong spoken English skills

Requirements

• Fully Remote Role (South Africa-based)
• Hours: 3am - 11am SAST
• Salary: R18 000 per month with commission structure
• Role Type: Contractor
