Role Description

Join our exciting team at Royal Caribbean Group as a sales agent in a direct consumer outreach sales organization. This position is the first point of contact for guests calling into our contact center, handling inbound calls and chat until the time the guest sails.

• Sell and service Silversea cruises and related shore side products and services via inbound calls.
• Utilize phone calls to generate sales and foster long-term customer relationships through great service.
• Provide a personalized luxury customer service experience.
• Work with global sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
• Ensure efficient handling of call volume in collaboration with management.

• Correctly capture pertinent information and payments during guest interactions.
• Provide necessary information to maximize the company’s marketing ROI when sales opportunities are not closed.
