As a BBB Ad Sales Representative, you’ll help small and mid-sized businesses stand out by promoting the value of Better Business Bureau Accreditation and advertising solutions. You’ll connect with business owners daily, consult on their marketing needs, and recommend solutions that align with BBB’s trusted standards. This is a high-impact, high-reward role where your performance directly drives your success—and ours.

Sell advertising products to BBB Accredited Businesses in your territory

Qualifications
-
Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Proven sales experience (1+ year required; outbound or call center sales a plus)

Confidence in phone-based selling and relationship building

Strong communication and selling skills

Familiarity with digital advertising, SEO, and social media (preferred)

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
-
Self-motivated mindset with strong time management
-
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
