• Make 120+ inbound/outbound calls with warm, motivated leads through our CRM
• Build rapport and uncover seller motivations
• Analyze properties and determine offer prices (Training provided)
• Negotiate win-win solutions
• Present cash offers by utilizing proven scripts and strategies
• Send and review contracts with sellers
