  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information within CRM systems.
  • Contribute to forecasting, pipeline reviews, account planning, and customer success activities.
  • Coordinate with Service, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Contract Administration to support customers throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong retention across the installed base and address customer concerns through appropriate internal channels.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility with both clinical and executive-level customers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.
