[Hiring] Account Executive US Market - Enterprise AI Adoption @Anthropos

Role Description

Anthropos is looking for an account executive in the US market - based on the East Coast - to accelerate our growth with Anthropos Workforce, a modern Enterprise AI transformation platform designed to map, verify and upskill enterprise teams at scale.

Our solution is particularly helpful in the context of AI Adoption as it helps organizations understand their current AI fluency on thousands of people and upskill them with real-life scenarios. For tech and non-tech teams.

We are looking for someone that has experience selling to IT and HR departments and that has previous experience as BDR, particularly with cold calling and cold outreach.

As an Account Executive you own the full sales lifecycle, and that includes building your own pipeline. Anthropos already has US customers and a base of existing leads, so you'll work inbound leads and our current accounts from day one, but you're expected to generate most of your own opportunities through cold outbound. This is not a role where pipeline shows up in your calendar. You build it, you work it, you close it.

Top priorities

• Daily outbound on a selected list of US enterprise accounts.
• Run structured outbound every day against a target list with East Coast companies as your first priority.
• High-volume prospecting across channels.
• Cold calling (100 to 150 dials/day), LinkedIn outreach, and email sequences, using our tools and processes.
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to demo to negotiation to signature.
• Attend industry events and dinners as part of our US event strategy.
• Expect to travel about one week per month to visit prospects and existing customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in HR tech, L&D, talent, or IT/developer tooling.
• Previous experience selling to HR, L&D, and IT leaders is a must.
• Proven ability to source your own deals through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outbound.
• Comfortable running the full cycle solo: discovery, demo, multi-stakeholder evaluation, procurement, close.
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles (multiple stakeholders, security reviews, 3 to 9 month timelines).
• Based on the US East Coast, or able to work East Coast hours, with willingness to travel about one week per month.
• Startup mentality: you work directly with the founder, give feedback on the playbook.
• AI Fluency: you are using AI daily to automate tasks, work on deals and create decks or presentations.

Requirements

• Existing relationships with HR/L&D or IT buyers at enterprise companies (nice to have).
• Experience selling AI or skills/assessment products (nice to have).
• Experience at an early-stage company where you were one of the first sales hires (nice to have).

Benefits

• This position has an OTE total package between $180k and $270k/year based on your existing experience.
• OTE is 50% base salary and 50% commissions not capped.
• Generous stock options are part of the role.
• Expect to travel to our Switzerland office 2-3 times per year.
