Role Description

OTE $160K remote. This is a HUNTER / FARMER role.

We're Hiring: IIM Account Executive II (Hunter Role). Looking for a driven sales professional with strong solution sales experience and a passion for developing new business opportunities. In this commissioned role, you'll:

• Build and manage a pipeline of new and existing clients
• Drive complex solution sales and business process improvement initiatives
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver tailored IIM solutions
• Manage opportunities, forecasting, proposals, and client relationships

Qualifications

• Experience providing solutions relating to business process improvement
• Experience servicing internal and external customers
• Experience working with external vendors/partners
• Experience with Solution or Strategic Selling
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners, coworkers, and external vendors
• Ability to work within a team structure
• Strong listening skills – ability to understand customer needs and equate them to our solutions
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge of IIM products and services – Tungsten, Hyland OnBase, Microsoft, Sharepoint, and Square 9 is preferred

Requirements

• 5-7 years of complex solution sales experience
• Background in IIM, ECM, workflow automation, or related industries
• Experience with strategic/solution selling methodologies
• Strong CRM, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of Hyland OnBase, Tungsten, Microsoft/SharePoint, or Square 9 preferred
