[Hiring] Account Executive @iGrafx LLC

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to own full-cycle enterprise sales for the Agentic Process Foundation across North America. This is a quota-carrying, build-it-yourself seat. You will:

• Source the majority of your own pipeline
• Run your own outreach
• Earn your own executive meetings
• Close six-figure deals with operations, transformation, risk, and technology leaders

This role is not a coverage role on a mature patch. There is:

• No inbound firehose
• No dedicated BDR pod feeding you meetings
• No brand that opens doors on its own

If you have carried a number somewhere you had to create demand rather than harvest it, this is a role where that muscle is the whole job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B software sales experience in AI, process intelligence, BPM or Operational Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement)
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding quota in mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Experience with both new-logo acquisition and growing existing accounts
• Confidence selling complex solutions to senior business and IT stakeholders
• An established network in the DACH market
• Native-level German and fluent business English
• Self-driven and organised, comfortable working remotely in an international team
• Willingness to travel within EMEA (around 20%)

Requirements

• SaaS sales experience with consumption or subscription models (nice to have)
• Familiarity with structured sales methods such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or Value Selling (nice to have)
• Experience working with consulting and system-integrator partners (nice to have)
• Knowledge of regulated industries such as manufacturing, automotive, financial services or pharma (nice to have)
