Role Description

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our business growth by actively engaging with inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a passion for exceeding targets. You would be joining an exciting, hardworking, remote and flexible team that is relentlessly focused on revolutionizing how companies hire in today’s world.

• Team: Sales & Marketing
• Earning potential: $100K - $215K USD annually
• Location: Remote
• Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (flexible)
• Start Date: Flexible

• Complete onboarding program to understand the industry, platform, and ICP
• Access to the entire team daily for support
• Ongoing professional development, levelling up skill set, coaching sessions

What you will do:

• Outbound prospecting generating new business (calls, email, social)
• Inbound lead qualification and distribution
• Set qualified introductory discovery meetings within ICP
• Attending Tradeshows to promote Premier
• Managing Relationships throughout the Prospect Evaluation Process
• Understand customer pain points and articulate the Premier Construction Software value proposition
• Achieve targets of qualified opportunities and new business
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

Qualifications

• Fluent in English - both written and oral communication
• 4+ years' experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry
• Ability to build rapport on the phone, in virtual meetings, and in person
• C-Suite Sales Experience
• Familiar with PC + Microsoft Suite
• Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
• Any previous sales training is great
