[Hiring] Account Executive @NoTraffic

Role Description

As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue by selling NoTraffic solutions to state, county, and municipal agencies through business partners. Reporting to a Sales Director, you’ll execute sales strategies, build territory plans, and cultivate relationships to meet growth objectives. This includes:

• Achieving revenue targets by managing and developing business partners.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Identifying and pursuing new opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Understanding market trends and customer needs to tailor compelling solutions.
• Monitoring and responding to relevant RFPs and RFIs.
• Representing NoTraffic at industry events, including public speaking engagements.
• Maintaining CRM for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling Intelligent Transportation Systems to government agencies.
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales.
• Proven experience managing distribution partners and growing customer accounts.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
