[Hiring] Account Executive @Combine Global Recruitment

Role Description

We are looking for an Account Executive to drive the growth of our new-business pipeline and help turn qualified opportunities into signed contracts. This is a role for an experienced closer: we want someone who has already navigated complex, long-cycle Services or B2B sales and can take full ownership from a prospect's first contact through to a signed contract.

• Your main mission will be to grow our base of new clients — in both accounts and revenue.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle, pipeline management in HubSpot, and the strategies that lift conversion at every stage.
• Work closely with the commercial team, helping shape a structured, data-driven sales motion while contributing directly to new revenue and the opening of new client accounts.
• In the early phase, before demand generation is fully ramped up, you'll also be hands-on with prospecting — building the pipeline you'll go on to close.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in high-complexity, long-cycle sales — B2B and/or services, high ticket.
• Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting, running meetings, and closing deals.
• Clear career progression within at least one company (e.g., a promotion from junior to mid-level).
• An analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and sales metrics.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving orientation and adaptability to change.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Requirements

• Build and enrich prospect lists, run outbound outreach, and book qualified meetings (SDR/BDR), especially while demand-gen support is still ramping up.
• Own the full sales cycle — from a prospect's first contact through to contract signature.
• Keep the commercial process aligned and up to date in HubSpot.
• Design and analyze new strategies to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
• Represent the company at strategic events.
