[Hiring] Account Executive @AUTENTI Sp. z o.o.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to support Autenti’s business growth across the DACH region. This role is ideal for a proactive and independent salesperson who knows how to identify business opportunities, reach new clients and manage the entire sales process—from the initial contact through negotiations to closing the deal.

• Identifying and actively acquiring new business customers in the DACH region.
• Managing the entire sales process, including prospecting, presenting our solutions, conducting business discussions, negotiating and closing deals.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Expanding the customer portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Accurately documenting sales activities and reporting results in the CRM system.
• Identifying business opportunities, market trends and competitor activities, and translating these insights into recommendations.
• Supporting lead-generation activities and the preparation of sales materials.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in selling SaaS, technology solutions or digital services.
• Proven ability to independently acquire new customers and manage multi-stage sales processes.
• Excellent German skills, as German will be the primary language used in daily communication with customers. Professional proficiency in English and Polish.
• Experience in delivering presentations, conducting sales discussions and negotiating commercial terms.
• A proactive approach and the ability to generate opportunities rather than relying exclusively on inbound leads.
• Persistence, resilience and the ability to stay motivated in a demanding customer acquisition environment.
• The ability to analyse the market and turn insights into specific sales activities.
• A strong focus on both acquiring new customers and developing relationships with existing accounts.
