[Hiring] Account Executive @Agave

Role Description

Fresh off a $15M Series A led by Accel (total funding now $20M+), Agave is profitable, growing fast, and scaling the team. We're hiring an Account Executive. You will work with our CEO/co-founder to grow Agave from $Xm ARR to $XXm ARR+.

We’ve made a ton of progress (5XX+ customers, $Xm ARR, profitable & cash-flow positive for 2yr+). Now, we’re seeking an additional AE to help us grow even faster.

• Own the day-to-day execution of our full sales cycle.
• Work with our CEO/co-founder on all aspects of revenue - from defining ICPs and GTM strategy to pricing details and contract terms.
• Be the expert on our customers’ needs.
• Ramp fast with an existing pipeline, refined collateral, meeting templates, a tidy CRM, and SMEs to run demos.
• Build our outbound motion as we expand our product and enter new segments in construction.

Qualifications

• Min. 2+ YoE closing deals in a quota-carrying role at a b2b SaaS company.
• Experience selling into construction is ideal.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role at a b2b SaaS company.
• Strong record evidenced by quota attainment, customer retention, and manager feedback.
• Hands-on approach with a successful IC background.
• Owner mindset, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong EQ, attuned to social signals.
• Uncanny ability to deliver results consistently.
• Product curiosity about how our product works.
