Role Description

Support key hospital ecosystem development, operational sustainability, and access-related activities. Through scientific promotion, key account management, and project support, this role contributes to resolution of suspension and restriction issues, hospital and retail access, and patient accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Hospital Support & Key Account Management
  • Maintain relationships with key hospitals and key accounts.
  • Collect hospital needs and market insights.
  • Support implementation of hospital projects.
• Scientific Promotion & Operational Sustainability Support
  • Conduct scientific promotion activities in compliance with company policies.
  • Support initiatives related to hospital access, reimbursement, and pharmacy affairs.
  • Follow up on suspension and restriction issues and hospital access challenges.
• Hospital & Retail Access Support
  • Support hospital and retail access projects.
  • Facilitate access processes.
  • Maintain project documentation.
• Reimbursement & Patient Access Support
  • Collect reimbursement and market information.
  • Support reimbursement-related initiatives and patient access programs.
• Project Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Support regional projects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Business, and other relevant functions to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; healthcare or life science background preferred.
• Exceptional candidates may be considered with a college diploma, subject to company approval.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in Market Access, business support, or related functions preferred; Key Account Management experience is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in compliant scientific promotion, with strong compliance awareness and the ability to conduct in-depth scientific discussions.
• Familiar with hospital customer management processes.
