[Hiring] Account Director, Channel Partnerships @Stacker

Role Description

We’re hiring an Account Director to join our Channel Partnerships team and drive revenue growth across an individual book of agency partners. Reporting to the Head of Channel Partnerships, you’ll own the full partner lifecycle:

• Prospecting ICP partners
• Managing inbound leads and closing new business
• Enabling partners to sell Stacker to their clients
• Driving syndication credit utilization
• Expanding existing accounts

You will own a $2M+ ARR revenue target and be accountable for turning agency relationships into active, productive, and growing revenue streams. Success requires a combination of:

• Sales execution
• Commercial account management
• Partner enablement
• Operational discipline

You’ll work closely with the Head of Channel Partnerships and cross-functional teams to implement repeatable systems that drive partner engagement, utilization, retention, and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, channel partnerships, or a similar revenue-owning role
• Proven track record of managing a book of business and achieving revenue growth
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM and account management tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and account performance

Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing leads and full sales cycles
• Closing new business
• Driving partner adoption, credit utilization, renewals, and account expansion
