Role Description

In this role, you will focus on customer communication and sales, identifying opportunities to enhance our clients' e-commerce success.

Conduct potential analysis to identify customer segments with the most potential.
Support the Account Management team with various tasks, including proposal preparation and follow-ups on outstanding opportunities.
Understand the goals of online shops and leverage our technologies to solve their challenges.
Receive training on essential sales tools, including negotiation skills and handling objections.

Qualifications

Full-time student (f/m/d) for at least one more year.
Initial experience in active customer communication, especially via email and phone (internship experience is welcome).
Structured work approach, communication skills, and teamwork ability.
Basic technical understanding and affinity for e-commerce/internet.
Good MS Office skills; basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Native German and fluent English skills.
