[Hiring] Window Sales @Judd's Windows and Doors

Role Description

This role involves developing and growing a sales territory within the construction and remodeling industry.

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and homeowners
• Promote window and door product lines to potential customers
• Generate and manage sales opportunities within their territory
• Prepare quotes and submit orders for customers
• Coordinate with the Judd’s Windows & Doors team for order processing and delivery logistics
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and pricing

Independent representatives determine their own methods for prospecting, scheduling meetings, and managing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction sales, building materials, windows, doors, or remodeling
• Existing relationships with builders, contractors, or construction professionals
• Self-motivated and comfortable developing their own sales pipeline

Requirements

• Prior window and door sales experience required
• Operate as a 1099 independent contractor
• Responsible for determining own work schedule, sales methods, business expenses, and tax obligations
