Role Description

We are looking for a Wealth Manager who will be responsible for generating revenue from investors from their base country through sales of Real Estate in KSA.

• Generate HNWI and institutional leads of clients seeking investment in the KSA real estate market.
• Attend/conduct roadshows, conferences, investment events, and expos to present available real estate assets for purchase.
• Advise investors about immigration and visa-related processes for seamless transactions.
• In coordination with marketing, generate leads of HNWI in the country where they are based.
• Follow the standard lead management process: qualifying, maturing, and closing deals for investors willing to buy real estate assets on the KSA market.
• Seek key partnerships with investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources to ensure a steady stream of potential buyers.
• Consistently look for events in their base countries where investors seek investment opportunities.
• Conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences in coordination with Headquarters in KSA.
• Become an advisor for end-to-end real estate investment for clients in the base country.
• Manage a seamless experience of investing in KSA, including consulting for exit strategies if needed by the client.
• Work on special projects assigned by the line, which may include areas regarding commercial, regulatory, and financial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of sales or partnership management experience.
• Proven commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven track record of working with High Net Worth Clients.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues.
• A deep understanding of market services/products and real estate sales.
• Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability with a high level of integrity.
• Ability to listen to and speak with clients, sales members, and other managers is essential for effective real estate sales managers.
