Role Description

The VP of Revenue Enablement owns the company’s global enablement strategy and execution, aligning sales methodology, content, systems, and insights to accelerate revenue growth. This leader ensures that all enablement initiatives directly translate into predictable billings, quota attainment, and seller productivity. The role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Tech Enablement Partners, and Finance to create a cohesive, data-driven commercial ecosystem. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end revenue enablement strategy for new business, cross-sell, and upsell growth.
  • Align enablement outcomes with CRO priorities: bookings, billings, win rates, and cycle time reduction.
  • Oversee methodology, training, content, CRM governance, and analytics functions.
  • Lead a team of enablement managers (Content & Messaging, Sales Methodology & Training, Revenue Insights & Systems).
  • Drive executive reporting, impact measurement, and ROI of enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing on messaging alignment and campaign integration.
  • Maintain governance of the enablement tech stack and data ecosystem (HubSpot, SalesNavigator, Outreach.io, AiSDR, Saleshood and others as needed).
  • Participate in go-to-market team meetings to assess and implement ongoing sales enablement needs.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, performance coaching, and operational excellence.

  • Deep understanding of B2B, SaaS, sales motions, and enterprise enablement.

  • Reduction in ramp-up time for sellers.
  • Forecast accuracy and CRM adoption metrics.
  • Engagement and performance scores from sellers and leaders.
