[Hiring] Vice President, Consultant Relations @Ilant Health

Role Description

We are seeking a channel sales leader to own relationships with broker-consultant firms and drive employer opportunities through this ecosystem. This role is highly strategic and relationship-driven, focused on building trust with consultants while converting broker-led opportunities into revenue.

• Build deep partnerships with national and regional broker-consultant firms
• Educate consultants on Ilant’s clinical model and outcomes
• Identify opportunities within broker client portfolios
• Generate and manage broker-led employer opportunities
• Conduct consultant training sessions and partner enablement
• Collaborate with employer sales teams to close broker-sourced deals
• Represent Ilant Health at industry conferences and broker events
• Help shape Ilant’s broker strategy and channel growth

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years selling into the broker-consultant ecosystem
• Deep relationships with firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Lockton, Gallagher
• Experience selling employer healthcare solutions
• Strong credibility with benefits consultants
• Strategic thinker who can mine large consultant portfolios
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building a channel
