Role Description

At Classic, we are looking for a Travel Sales Specialist who is a key player in the travel industry, helping individuals and groups create unforgettable travel experiences. This role requires a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and in-depth knowledge of destinations and travel services.

As a Travel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service and knowledge about destinations and travel options.
• Facilitating the booking process and assisting customers in planning, organizing, and booking their travel experiences.
• Using your expertise in travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and other related services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• A degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel products is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening abilities.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is an advantage.
• Ability to handle unexpected challenges and resolve issues effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and well-organized.
• Must be able to work in an exciting, fast-paced, structured call center environment.

Requirements

• Full-Time Employment. 40+ hours per week.
• Pay rate: $ hourly, Depending on Experience + Bonus incentive.
• Work is virtual.
• Convert an average of 10% of calls to paid bookings per pay period (may vary by pay period).
• Accept and handle an average of 2.0 calls per hour each pay period.
