No prior travel industry background is necessary, as structured onboarding and continued guidance are provided.

Responsibilities Include

• Speak with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget expectations
• Recommend vacation packages including resorts, cruises, guided tours, flights, and activities
• Present destination suggestions and planning options tailored to each traveler
• Support the reservation process using approved booking systems
• Maintain regular communication through email, messaging platforms, and conversations
• Monitor itinerary details and assist with confirmation updates when needed
• Stay informed about current travel specials, seasonal opportunities, and supplier promotions
