[Hiring] Territory Manager @Enerpac Tool Group Corp

Role Description

Responsible for developing end user business opportunities to grow sales in accordance with Enerpac brand and business guidelines and channel policies. Work with Sales Operations and Distribution Account Managers to achieve annual growth targets. Work both individually and with a team to provide technical sales solutions in high pressure hydraulics.

• Sales Enablement: Actively identify and secure new business through direct end user relationships, while leveraging the distribution network for order fulfillment.
• Sales Planning: Develop and implement account strategies for Enerpac to become or continue to be a preferred supplier.
• Technical Expertise: Must be technically competent to understand applications as well as problem solver for customer’s issues.
• Enerpac Commercial Excellence (ECX): Maintain end user account plans, log visit reports, and create and maintain opportunities within Salesforce.
• Travel: Expected to travel within the assigned territory, with overnight travel encompassing 40 – 60% of their time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university in business, engineering, or a similar field; or 3 years related experience in technical sales or account management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

Work Environment

Primary work environment is temperature-controlled home office setting but may also be visiting different company facilities or customers where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required.
