Role Description
The Leader-in-Training position is crafted for ambitious individuals who are motivated to take on leadership roles within the organization. This role is a key part of AO’s leadership development path, designed to offer hands-on experience and in-depth training across various facets of the business. The ultimate goal is to thoroughly prepare candidates for leadership by instilling the essential skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel as a manager.
- Assist in leading teams by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and offering constructive feedback to foster a productive work environment.
- Hone interpersonal and communication abilities crucial for effective team leadership and management success.
- Gain valuable insights by shadowing experienced leaders to learn the best practices in daily operations.
- Assume increasingly important responsibilities, encompassing decision-making and problem-solving, while benefiting from structured guidance.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Master AO’s proven system and online software within 90 days for leadership qualification.
- Host Zoom meetings with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing assistance and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to hone skills.
- Help develop new team members through leading by example.
