Qualifications

• Around 1-3+ years of B2B prospecting and sales experience
• Proven success in marketing, sponsorship, and events sales
• Experience managing talents or indirectly through PR and marketing
• Established connections within PR, media, and influencer marketing sectors
• Strong awareness of the industry landscape
• Solid understanding of social media tools, platforms, algorithms, and analytics
• Proficiency in red-lining contracts
• Exceptional ability to build authentic connections
• Passion for the industry
• A business degree in Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing is preferred

• Experience in negotiating and facilitating the influencer marketing process
• Capacity to navigate changing market conditions and tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a demanding role that requires dedication and flexibility
