Role Description

We are looking for a person to help our customers with their inquiries via email, chat and social networks. The ideal candidate would be someone that loves technology and helping people achieving their goals.

The job is fully remote. The team, including the managing partners, is located in Argentina, while the company is incorporated in the USA. Since we're a product-led company, your role is key because it's part of the customer experience. We are looking for tech / marketing / UX enthusiasts that share our language and our passion.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with their inquiries.
• Write support articles and tutorials.
• Provide 1:1 online demos, client training and webinars.
• Detect sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the dev team to troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with the product team by presenting customer insights.
• Participate on projects to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• English level: Bilingual.
• Highly organized.
• Studying tech, marketing or design.
• 1 year of experience on support or related job.
