Role Description

This role involves leading and growing a portfolio of enterprise corporate accounts ($200M+ in annual revenue) by serving as the primary strategic partner to the company’s largest and most complex customers.

  • Develop and execute account-specific business plans
  • Build deep multi-level relationships across buying locations
  • Identify opportunities that drive long-term, profitable growth
  • Partner with customer category and merchandising teams to shape assortment strategy, product placement, pricing architecture, and promotional planning
  • Leverage category insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and drive incremental revenue and share gains
  • Own the strategic relationship with assigned Corporate Accounts
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies to expand revenue and increase customer spend
  • Serve as the internal advocate for Corporate Accounts, aligning cross-functional teams around customer priorities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure offerings and capabilities align with customer needs
  • Lead regular executive-level business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers
  • Navigate complex internal and external organizational dynamics to drive decisions and ensure successful execution of account plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience managing large, complex national or enterprise-level accounts within the tire industry
  • Proven expertise in Category Management and Merchandising
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong strategic, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
  • Highly analytical, with a track record of translating data into actionable growth strategies
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays, as required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, as needed
