Role Description

This role involves leading and defining the account management process at Natter, a venture capital funded company with a unique AI-solution.

  • Play a founding role in building out a global commercial unit.
  • Sell a unique AI-solution to large corporate clients like Deloitte, Legal & General, and Miro.
  • Work directly alongside the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Operations Director to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 customer accounts across the UK, US, and Europe.
  • Engage with well-known blue chip brands from day one.
  • Build and maintain strong personal relationships with senior executives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams for onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure retention and anticipate issues.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven track record in Large Enterprise B2B account management or Business Development roles, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry.
  • High intellectual and research curiosity.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifecycle management, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience building relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Highly organized with a detailed approach to reporting and focus on growth targets.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities.
