[Hiring] Store Manager @Catalyst

Role Description

We are looking for Store Manager to join Voila.id. If you are passionate about being part of the team, building & strengthening our luxury retail brand, this role involves:

• Leading and developing the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching
• Managing and coaching the team into building sustainable client relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policy
• Managing and motivating the team to drive the business - creating a positive work environment, empowering the team, encouraging innovative solutions
• Maximizing the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (VM, clienteling, events, etc)
• Building the client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree
• 2+ years experience in fashion retail industry - medium to luxury
• Eyes for details, critical and great sense of fashion
• Excellent ability in team management & development
• Role model on selling and floor management - training and VM
• Attractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills
