[Hiring] Sr. Account Executive @Rimini Street

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Account Executive (SAE) focused on Israeli Enterprise accounts to sell our world-class service offerings. The right candidate will have:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create awareness and demand for Rimini Street products and services by developing your territory with the support of field marketing and your own planned outreach.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and working with the lead generation team.
• Generate business and manage contracts with Israeli enterprises.
• Establish a dialogue with prospects to understand their unique goals, problems, and needs.
• Provide and guide prospects’ strategic vision to drive them toward the Rimini Street solutions portfolio.
• Create or customize compelling sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral for specific sales opportunities.
• Orchestrate and drive the Rimini Street sales process by collaborating with functional peers (Sales Engineers, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance).
• Implement and utilize current Social and Digital selling strategies to maximize opportunities via Social Networking platforms.
• Be an expert in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools for outreach.
• Update and track all activities in our Salesforce CRM tool.
• Leverage Clari or similar sales efficiency tools to manage opportunities.
• Accurately forecast and meet quarterly and annual sales commitments.
• Embrace continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technology, products, offerings, and selling tools/skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, selling new and innovative enterprise services and solutions to Israeli enterprises
• Experience selling into an existing network of C-level contacts is desirable

Requirements

• Depth of overall sales experience
• Command knowledge of the Israeli Enterprises companies
• Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement
• SC Clearance or have held FR Govt clearances in the past

• Strong territory and account planning skills, including ability and passion for prospecting
• Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills
• Ability to engage prospects with a consultative sales approach
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Social and Digital selling techniques
• Deep knowledge of key prospecting and selling tools
• Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
• Very strong work ethic with a “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
• Ability to leverage a supporting team of Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, Marketing, Business Development, and Inside Sales
• Hebrew Native and English Fluent
