Role Description

The SMB Account Executive role at Stadium provides a unique opportunity as we look to grow our sales team.

  • Manage a strategic sales process focused on engaging interested prospects, managing sales cycles, and closing revenue from a mix of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Work closely with the SDR team to qualify outbound leads in addition to self-prospecting.
  • Be part of a global sales team; a tight-knit, candid, and performance-oriented group of diverse sellers.
  • Exceed sales targets independently as a problem solver.
  • Utilize strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach to work with a wide variety of buyers.
  • Play an integral role in the growth and expansion of our business.

What You Will Do

  • Sell into prospects with 50 employees and above.
  • Become a Stadium product expert across our entire platform and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Develop a strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities.
  • Perform account planning for prioritized accounts and work in tandem with the SDR team to generate pipeline.
  • Run sales calls with short deck presentations and customized product demos.
  • Utilize proven sales methodology to manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to sales activation.
  • Manage pipeline in Hubspot to accurately forecast revenue on a monthly basis.
  • Achieve quota attainment consistently.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Onboarding/Success, Product, and Service to support our customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience particularly in selling B2B.
  • Historical record of success (top 10% of sales org).
  • Proven track record of outbound acquisition sales.
  • Experience selling to HR Buyers or a B2B platform to business users.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Quick thinking and thrives in rapidly changing situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working hours covering 9am-5pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

  • Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Compensation for candidates residing outside the U.S. will be adjusted based on the cost of living and comparable wages in that country.
