[Hiring] Senior VIP Relationship Manager @OKX

Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sr. VIP Relationship Manager to join our Western Europe Strategic Markets team.

• Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
• Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in Europe
• Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
• Lead partnership work in Europe by identifying the right partners and executing partnership negotiations
• Manage relationships with high-networth individuals and key clients in Europe ensuring positive customer experience
• Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels
• Proactive account management, working with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks
• Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
• Fluency in English
• Proven experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance or trading industry, especially in the Netherlands or France
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Western European region

Requirements

• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
• Fluency in Dutch or French
• Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
