Role Description

The Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development team sits at the center of Unity’s most complex and consequential growth initiatives. We are a high-performing, deeply cross-functional group that drives near-term revenue and long-term strategic advantage by structuring partnerships, incubating new lines of business, and solving ambiguous problems that span Games, Industry, and Ads—including initiatives at the intersection of AI, data, and the Unity runtime.

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and scale new business opportunities through strategic platform and partnership deals that will create new value for the Unity ecosystem.

As a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager, you will:

• Drive our strategic partner and platform ecosystem by nurturing existing partnerships and evaluating new partnerships and opportunities.
• Align our strategic objectives in concert with Product and Engineering, ensuring product development supports new business incubation and Unity’s growth objectives.
• Focus on scaling existing initiatives and proactively evaluating new partners and opportunities through rigorous due diligence, analysis, and presenting findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles at software or platform companies.
• Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities, successfully incubating and scaling new business lines or products within a larger organization.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience developing business models, evaluating pricing strategies, and designing KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Requirements

• Experience in platforms, game tech, commerce, or ad tech preferred.
• Familiarity with and technical fluency in the Games ecosystem, from game development to monetization.
