Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented sales professional with a strong network in the European pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning Alphanumeric's services as a trusted partner to life sciences organizations. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector
• Strong existing network across European pharma/biotech organizations
• Experience selling services such as medical information, pharmacovigilance, consulting, or digital/AI solutions
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close complex deals
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a highly proactive, “hunter” approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

  • Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics
• Develop strategic account plans and manage the full sales cycle
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling solutions
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets
