Role Description

This position involves providing primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.

  • Gaining understanding of customer's business and analysis of customer's system and product needs
  • Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function
  • Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager
  • Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower level professionals
  • Providing solutions to a variety of advanced complex technical projects or business issues
  • Influencing others regarding policies, practices, and procedures
  • Determining and developing approaches to solve functional area related issues
  • Regularly providing insight into complex issues and for complex department questions
  • Setting or participating in department goal setting
  • Providing direction for junior staff members

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience
  • Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study, and experience
  • May possess a four-year college degree or additional relevant experience in a related field

Requirements

  • Enhanced level understanding of the department and its role in supporting the organization
  • Ability to easily work with other departments to determine strategy and processes
  • Advanced technical knowledge with some knowledge in related disciplines
