Role Description
The EMEA Sales Programs Manager is focused on accelerating Pipeline Generation & ACV productivity by identifying pipeline gaps and driving scalable Sales Programs that leverage cross-functional teams, selling tools, and analytics.
- Drive operational rigor and sales play standardization
- Lead initiatives to optimize pipeline processes for pipeline generation, ACV, and Alteryx adoption
- Design prescriptive programs and strategies
- Operationalize programs with sales teams to ensure execution and results
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to understand pipeline dynamics
- Facilitate monthly pipeline meetings with stakeholders
- Agree on pipeline acceleration programs focused on create & close motions
- Collaborate with peers in EMEA, Sales Strategy, Sales Development, Marketing, and Sales Enablement
- Deliver recommendations and ownership of regional sales programs plans
- Brief sales leaders and own various cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales programs, sales enablement, marketing, or business development (preferably in a high-tech environment)
- Solid analytical skills and program management experience
- Knowledge in business-critical applications
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with all phases of the sales and business development lifecycle
- Strong work ethic; self-directed, assertive, and resourceful
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional roles
- Results-oriented with a flexible approach to challenges
