Role Description

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Client Services and supporting the Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Org, you’ll play an integral role in client relationships as it relates to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion opportunities.

Act as a main point of contact for your portfolio of accounts
Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular insights on campaign performance, strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
Provide client consultation on the StackAdapt DSP, including campaign setup, optimization strategy, third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
Identify upselling opportunities to drive incremental revenue
Share feedback around the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency
Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis
In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education
Travel as necessary

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or ads executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
Proven success in managing client relationships and assisting in growing revenue
The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
An entrepreneurial spirit. You see opportunities that others don’t, and you think outside of the box
Technical understanding of integrations, server to server, API, identity, and supply
Ability to drive cross functional collaboration and demonstrate contribution and adoption of the solutions you design
Experience working with complex databases is a plus
Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients
