[Hiring] Senior Partner Relationship Manager @Contentstack

Role Description

Contentstack is soaring at high speeds with global expansion within our partner relationship team and looking for a Sr. Partner Relationship Manager to build out a network of partners to support the global go-to-market strategy. We are looking for a solution/platform-oriented individual to manage multiple processes between different stakeholders.

This is a quota-carrying role working exclusively on identifying the right regional partnerships and developing deeper partnerships with existing partners. Here's what you'll be doing:

• 360-degree ownership, driving partner relationships in your territory.
• Ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
• Increasing market awareness with our marketing team.
• Building a pipeline to conquer the market.
• Developing joint plans with large strategic commerce partners (SAP, Salesforce, Shopify) and monitoring progress against agreed metrics.
• Identifying opportunities to build joint solutions with partners and taking ownership of bringing these to market.
• Being the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert in support of our go-to-market and sales activity.
• Working closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, operations, and marketing to optimize existing partner sales processes.
• Providing guidance and strategic advice to partners, clients, and account teams around partner growth strategies.
• Managing day-to-day relationships with partners.
• Coordinating with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices.
• Managing all administrative activities related to partnerships in your region.
• Creating and executing a sound go-to-market strategy for your region.
• Tracking performance through goals, OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in partner management and driving successful partnerships with strategic technology and solutions partners.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics.
• Strong networking skills and well-connected at all levels.
• Solid prior knowledge of engagement with partners to promote SaaS products.
• Communicative, growth-oriented, and pipeline-generating.
• Independent and results-oriented work style.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-business teams.
• Positive presence and responsibility for mutual success with partners.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Requirements

• Salary for this role ranges between $150,000-165,000 plus variables based on skillset and experience.
• Canada: Salary range is CAD 135,000 - 155,000 (plus variables based on skillset and experience).
• UK: Salary range is GBP 90,000 - 110,000 (plus variables based on skillset and experience).
• The Netherlands: Salary range is EUR 95,000 - 115,000 (plus variables based on skillset and experience).
