[Hiring] Senior Manager, Aftermarket Account Management @RTX

Role Description

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
• Review details of growth opportunities in your given territories.
• Develop and execute campaign strategies that align with strategic business goals working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Respond to customer support requests in a timely manner.
• Provide day-to-day direction for support teams (analysis, contracts, and legal) to meet goals, objectives, and on-time responses.
• Lead the negotiation of long-term agreements working in partnership with support teams.
• Assist in the onboarding of new customers and managing the entry into service of new fleets to ensure the timely ordering and delivery of provisioning.
• Monitor executed long-term agreement performance to ensure that financial performance goals are met.
• Receive and resolve customer feedback regarding services, products, or personnel.
• Assist in the preparation of sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments.
• Develop recommendations to improve procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
• Manage overall relationships with multiple airlines on behalf of the business unit, leading all aspects of contract management.
• Participate in trade shows, internal and external conferences, and training as required.
• Travel of 25-50% can be expected with communication requirements across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business development/program management experience in the airline/aviation industry.

Requirements

• Experience using SAP and Business Objects.
• Prior experience reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Demonstrated financial acumen skills and understanding of NPV, EBIT, cash flow, etc., and the ability to perform in Excel.
• Demonstrated presentation skills in a variety of formal presentation settings with internal leadership or external customers.
• Prior experience cultivating relationships with customers and proactive in executing relationship marketing with all levels within a customer organization.
