Role Description
The Cadence Solutions team is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Health System Partnerships Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with health system leadership to deliver on their expectations for the Cadence relationship and grow our business.
- Deliver on growth targets, working collaboratively with our provider relations and product teams.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across functions and seniority with our health system partners.
- Ensure we deliver on partner expectations.
- Serve as the central internal and external point of contact for your partner relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in developing and growing health system partnerships, for a minimum of 5 years.
- Track record of navigating large complex organizations with many stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and providers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to understand and deliver on key operational, financial, and strategic goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of organizations.
- Ability to build repeatable processes and systems that enable Cadence to efficiently scale with existing and new system partners.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
