Role Description

As a Client Acquisition Manager at AdsKeeper, you will be responsible for:

Finding new advertisers for AdsKeeper ad network, creating new negotiations, and closing sales deals.
Working with affiliate-oriented advertisers niche.
Establishing and fostering partnerships and relationships with key clients in the market.
Understanding the partner’s business goals, anticipating future needs, and helping determine optimal solutions for the campaign's launch in AdsKeeper.
Networking effectively with new clients and developing strong business relations with existing ones.
Working in connection with internal teams and cross-functionally regarding any client queries, and providing customer support.
Representing the company during important industry events.

Qualifications

3+ years in sales within online advertising (display, push, native, pop-under).
Proven experience in AdTech/MarTech companies.
Deep understanding of digital assets – ad formats, campaign strategies, and native advertising solutions.
Strong grasp of lead generation and marketing analytics tools.
Established connections with advertisers and industry professionals.

Requirements

Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
High-level negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Ability to adapt sales strategies based on regional market differences.
Strong business development expertise, with a track record of exceeding key performance metrics.
Resilient with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken).
