Role Description
The Cadence Health team seeks an Operations Associate to join our Growth Operations team. This person will provide essential support for Cadence’s day-to-day operations including:
- Program implementation
- Process improvement
- Project management
- Root cause analysis
- Gap analysis
- Cross-functional team collaboration
You will become an expert in key processes that drive success of our product including revenue cycle operations, growth operations, and care delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations management and process improvement
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry
- Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn data analysis techniques
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel; experience with healthcare-specific software is a plus
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles
Requirements
- Learn and execute manual processes to support various growth initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows
- Assist in planning and executing program implementations
- Lead process mapping and improvement initiatives
- Assist in data modeling activities to analyze historical data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in investigations for root cause analysis
