[Hiring] Senior Executive Assistant / Sales Manager @HighGrowth.io

Role Description

This role involves leading and managing client sales team implementations end-to-end while partnering closely with our founder on strategy, priorities, and continuous improvement of our outbound playbook.

• Lead outbound sales implementations for a HighGrowth.io client.
• Translate our outbound sales playbook into practical hiring, onboarding, metrics, and performance systems for the client.
• Directly manage offshore dialers and salespeople, maintaining accountability through scorecards and simple performance rhythms.
• Run performance reviews with the client team, assess progress, and work with the HighGrowth.io founder to adjust strategy as needed.
• Work closely with our founder on non-client-facing priorities: process upgrades, internal projects, and playbook refinements.
• Keep implementation projects organized, including timelines, deliverables, handoffs, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, reporting, and lightweight admin that keeps delivery running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience as a leader or coach.
• 3+ years of executive assistant experience.
• Strong operational discipline: you like metrics, routines, and making performance visible.
• Confidence running multiple workstreams without dropping details.
• A founder-friendly mindset: proactive, structured, reliable, and comfortable with fast shifts.

Requirements

• This is a full-time, remote role.
• Your work hours will need to overlap with 8am to 2pm US Eastern Time.
• We rely heavily on Apple devices, applications, and services. You should have a post-2021 Mac for this job.
