Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Capacity Sales Representative to support our Account Managers. This individual will be responsible for providing assistance through maintaining developed business relationships.

• Negotiate rates and schedules
• Work together to implement time and cost-saving innovations
• Provide technology and data to carriers to ensure all parties are on the same page
• Work hand in hand with carriers to provide outstanding service to customers

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong inter-professional relationships
• Experience working with carriers and operational knowledge in telecommunications
• Experience in analyzing data and communicating information to the appropriate party
• Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects and issues at the same time in a fast-paced changing environment
• Minimum of 3 years of previous professional work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
