Role Description

  • 负责 3M 商业标识产品在两湖地区（湖南、湖北）的渠道销售与市场项目开发，完成销售指标
  • 与现有客户保持密切联系，并独立完成新客户的开发，建立长期稳定的客户关系
  • 拓展全国性/行业性重点业务机会，专注公司的产品核心竞争力，开拓新的业务模式
  • 通过与项目业主、设计公司、加工商等客户的沟通及合作，在项目中提供解决方案，完成 3M方案标准的导入，并开拓更多的商业标识项目
  • 了解行业及产品知识与相关标准，并在辖区内组织并开展产品、工艺、应用的专业研讨会，以及相关技术交流培训
  • 管理辖区内的经销渠道，独立开发新的渠道
  • 执行部门制定的市场策略和计划，配合市场人员搜集市场信息并执行各种产品宣传活动
  • 按时准确地完成公司规定的相关日常工作，积极主动地向主管汇报市场信息和客户反馈
  • 配合应用工程师解决客户产品技术及应用开发问题，并向客户提供适当的技术支持
  • 完成主管安排的其他相关工作

Qualifications

  • 大学本科或以上学历
  • 五年以上销售与项目开发维护经验，三年以上渠道管理经验，具有商业标识行业相关产品及项目销售经验者优先
  • 丰富的大客户/项目开发管理经验，以及招投标经验
  • 优秀的计划性，执行能力强，能独立策划并落实方案研讨会和技术交流培训
  • 优秀的客户沟通能力、销售和谈判技巧，及跨部门协作能力
  • 工作勤奋、努力，有优秀的时间和区域工作管理能力
  • 抗压能力强，能承受较高的工作压力，并充分适应辖区内的工作差旅
  • 良好的英语听说读写能力和计算机应用能力
