Role Description

As a BDR at Dwolla, you'll play a key role in expanding our market presence and fueling our sales pipeline.

Focus on the qualification and development of high-potential inbound sales opportunities within the payments industry.
Dedicate approximately 60% of time to Inbound Qualification, 10% to Outbound Lead Generation, and 30% to Reporting and Pipeline Management.
Work closely across many departments and contribute to process improvement and provide valuable market insights.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience within a B2B SaaS company
Proven track record of converting business development leads to qualified sales opportunities
Proven track record of working with automation and AI
Ability to build and foster trust and confidence in relationships
Ability to embrace change and drive creative solutions to yield expected results
Ability to work independently under tight timelines with excellent communication to internal stakeholders

Requirements

Strategic thinker with an understanding of qualifying high-potential opportunities
Skilled communicator who can articulate value propositions to Enterprise-level prospects
Resourceful in leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
Results-oriented with a proven track record of converting leads to qualified sales opportunities
